My cousin and I started BBHoraire, a brand that designs premium time zone clocks for professionals, entrepreneurs, traders, and remote workers who care about their office space. If you're someone who wants their workspace to reflect confidence and success—or someone who simply wants a better way to track multiple time zones—this post is for you.
It Started With a Day Trader and a Design Problem
In 2023, my cousin, who’s a full-time day trader, was trying to find a high-end time zone clock to elevate his setup. But most of the clocks on the market looked cheap, cluttered, or too industrial. He wanted something sleek—something that felt more like an executive office upgrade than a dorm room gadget.
So, we built one ourselves.
We hung up the first few clocks in our own places. Guests and friends kept asking:
“Where’d you get that clock?”
“Can I buy one?”
That’s when we thought: What the hell—maybe we’re onto something.
Scaling a Side Hustle Into a Real Business
Fast forward to January 2024—we launched BBHoraire with 350 units of inventory. I work in marketing by day, so I used what I knew to build the brand from scratch, share the story online, and reach the right audience.
And guess what?
We sold out in early April.
We're now working on staying stock and battling the struggles of inventory space as well as capital to grow, but something seems to be working.
Why Our Clocks Are Different
Our time zone clocks aren’t just for tracking time—they’re designed to transform your office space. Whether you’re a:
-
Stock trader monitoring global markets
-
Remote worker with international clients
-
Startup founder juggling time zones
-
Or just someone who wants a better-looking desk setup
…This clock adds instant polish. The setup is easy—one screwdriver, a simple template, and you’re done. And trust me, it makes the whole room feel more serious, more refined, and more "put together."
Join Us Behind the Scenes
BBHoraire is still small—we run it lean and hands-on. But we’re growing, and I want to bring you along for the journey.
This blog (and our Instagram) will be a place where I share everything:
Product wins, inventory issues, marketing experiments, and the behind-the-scenes chaos of growing a brand out of our apartment.
If you’re into business building, office design, or just love clean, useful products—you’ll fit right in.
